Entry Door

Large doorways are important, if a zippered door does not provide enough access room, we offer a solid cedar door glazed with rigid polycarbonate panels.

Vent Windows

Poly covers can be lifted around bottom of the dome for venting, or you can install one or two of our greenhouse vents made of solid cedar and rigid polycarbonate panels.

Automatic Vent Openers

Automate your greenhouse vent with a 'Univent' or 'Gigavent" non-electric opener.

Dome Cover Options

Along with your skill and creativity a simple flexible cover can be fashioned to protect your greenhouse garden, or develop your own rigid cover utilizing our dimensioned panel plans included with your kit. There is no one correct way to glaze a dome. The possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination and abilities. We can provide you with some material options to cover your dome by adding it to your order.

Flexible Poly Cover

We have you covered if you would like to order a flexible glazing to enclose your dome. This 11 mil thick material is hail proof, rip stop woven, UV resistant and the most durable product on the market.

Includes a door zipper with a simple adhesive back for easy installation.

Wiggle Wire &

U-channel track

Solid aluminum wiggle wire track is one option to fasten a flexible cover securely to the frame.

Plastic Batten Tape

This batten tape is the most economical way to fasten your flexible cover to a frame.

Rigid Plastic

We also offer raw plastic sheet goods that you can cut and fasten to your dome frame for a permanent greenhouse cover.

It provides better insulation, longevity and impact resistance.

There are many ways to cover a greenhouse frame, finding your own way is up to you. With our help you can cover your frame with one of our covering options, or it can be a creative up-cycled project utilizing any discarded transparent material. A dome frame kit can also be built into an insulated four season structure by using insulating the northern side of the frame with insulated materials. There are endless possibilities for your owner built greenhouse.

Our frames are inspired by nature and spherical geometry is proven to be one of the strongest structure known in modern engineering. While these structures are designed and built to be extremely strong and durable, dome contruction is not part of the International Residential Code (IRC) standard. Always check with local code, HOA and any other regulations to ensure your greenhouse will be a legal structure and build at your own risk. Right to farm laws are a supportive ruling for owner built agricultural structures.
