You will be an integral part of a local greenhouse construction company, helping to promote sustainability and gardening in our Colorado community.
Responsibilities:
Use power tools and shop equipment to prepare lumber for construction projects.
Finish lumber by sanding, oiling, staining, etc..
Assist in greenhouse installations on job sites.
Keep workshop and tool trailers clean and organized.
Follow construction blueprints to complete tasks independently.
Be aware of your surroundings and promote a safe work environment.
Work in changing environments as well as unpredictable weather.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Ability to repeatedly lift 80lbs and remain standing/walking for 8-10 hour shifts.
Proficiency in basic algebra, geometry, and analytical reading.
Experience with using common power tools.
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and daily responsibilities.
Preferred 2 year experience in woodworking/carpentry or similar fields.
