Placement of a greenhouse is important to the overall efficiency. We utilize site visits and aerial imaging along with our expertise to help you locate the perfect site for your new greenhouse.Â
Location & Orientation
A three season greenhouse has more flexibility regarding orientation yet still needs to consider site conditions including daily & seasonal shading patterns, prevailing winds and local structures to ensure maximum utility and function through the growing season.
As the sun moves overhead during long summer days, it is often beneficial to have shading over a three season greenhouse to reduce overheating.
We offer site visits and evaluations to assist in the process of locating the best greenhouse placement.

Our cedar beam foundation is a stable and rot-resistant base for the greenhouse frame.
Strong Metal Brackets
& Hardware
Custom manufactured brackets and 3/8" hardware secure the greenhouse together into a secure and strong structure.
Robust Frame
Wood frames are our specialty and they are a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing material for a greenhouse.
We utilize Douglas Fir lumber for its strength and longevity, preserving the wood with penetrating oils and a hot wax seal.
Durable Poly Cover
Poly film greenhouse covers are the most economical choice; but don't let the economy of the product underpin your greenhouse.
We choose to use an 11 mil woven, ripstop, impact resistant and UV stable product that outlasts other greenhouse films by leaps and bounds.
This material will last a decade or more and resists the Colorado hail that decimates inferior products.
Automatic Wall Vents
Included are wall vents that allow cool air to enter the greenhouse utilizing "univent" automatic openers.
Automatic Roof Vents
Included are roof vents that allow warm air to exit the greenhouse utilizing "univent" automatic openers.

Concrete Pier Foundation
Concrete piers are used to anchor the greenhouse frame to the ground. Metal post sleeves are embedded and create a permanent and secure foundation.

The automatic venting system allows cool air to enter low on the wall, with hot air exhausting through the upper roof vents.
All the vent windows utilize "univent" non-electric openers.

We offer a wide range of additions to our greenhouses that can allow for different uses and function.
Gravel Floor
A chipped stone floor allows for maximum drainage, works well with container gardening and increases heat retention which extends your growing season.
Weed barrier is installed under the gravel.
Wood Deck Pathways
Wood pathways provide ease of access through your greenhouse as well as being adaptable to ADA compliance.
Electric End Wall Ventilation
End wall ventilation fans exhaust hot greenhouse air and require electric to be installed for operation.
This option is best used only on large greenhouse structures.
